2. Do I get the exact items shown in the photos?
No — items vary. The photos show the style and aesthetic, but each box is a unique curated surprise.
3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because we are a small business and each order is curated, all sales are final. If your order arrives with a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours at jadeandco.manage@gmail.com. We’re always happy to help.
4. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days from Ontario. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on the way.
5. Do you ship outside Canada?
At the moment, we ship within Canada only, but we are exploring U.S. shipping soon.
6. Can I send a Jade & Co. box as a gift?
Absolutely! Every box comes gift-ready with soft tissue, ribbon, and elegant packaging. You can ship directly to your loved one.
7. Are the accessories nickel-free or hypoallergenic?
Most items are nickel-free, but because pieces vary monthly, we cannot guarantee hypoallergenic materials for every box.
8. What if I have a question after ordering?
